Submission of Proceedings, Contracts and Other Documents. During the course of the Project and for three years thereafter, the Grantee agrees to retain intact and to provide any data, documents, reports, records, contracts, and supporting materials relating to the Project as FRA may require. Reporting and record-keeping requirements are set forth in- 1) 49 C.F.R. Part 18 for governmental Grantees; and

The PUBLIC BODY shall remain intact, for three (3) years following Project closeout, all Project documents, financial records, and supporting documents.
