Unless explicitly provided in this SOW, all tasks/reports must be provided in a format compatible with CCHCS standard applications at the time of Agreement award (i.e., Microsoft Office). For all tasks/reports identified, the format and content must be preapproved by CCHCS. Electronic versions must be stored in a project designated central repository and remain the sole property of CCHCS. The delivery media must be compatible with the project storage devices.

In all cases, the Contractor shall verify application compatibility with the State Contract Manager prior to creation or delivery of any document. Any reports or work products submitted to CCHCS under this agreement must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design by meeting Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, or a subsequent version, published by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium at a minimum Level AA success criteria. Contractor will work directly with the CCHCS Contract Manager, or designee, who will assign tasks associated with the scope of services listed herein. Tasks will be considered complete after review from the CCHCS Contract Manager, or designee. Assignments will be within the scope outlined herein and reviewed by the CCHCS Contract Manager, or designee. Tasks are considered complete after a quality assurance process is completed and approved by designated reviewers. Performance and timeliness of all associated Agreement tasks will be monitored via the submission of weekly status reports and meetings. Status and actual hours will be reported on a weekly basis for the assigned tasks. Each task will be tracked via the appropriate program/project schedule and budget to monitor progress towards the completion of the tasks and milestones. Should the work performed or work product produced by the Contractor fail to meet the minimum requirements of this Agreement, the following resolution process is employed, except as superseded by other binding processes. Tasks that do not meet contractual requirements are returned to the Contractor as incomplete. The Contract Manager shall notify the Contractor in writing, within five business days after receipt of each task/deliverable or after completion of each phase of service, of any acceptance problems by identifying the specific inadequacies and/or failures in the services performed and/or the products produced by the Contractor. Document Format. The Parties agree to use the format of documents for information exchange, notifications, inquiries, and operational liaison as settled by discussion between the Parties.
Document Format. Generally, documents shall be provided with an electronic file submitted in the current site standards. Clean originals of all figures, tables, or other graphics not contained in the text file shall also be provided and separate files submitted. Submittals shall be provided in electronic format unless available only as a hard copy. Document Format. 14.4.1 The electronic text program used for the Project Manual shall be Microsoft Word (.doc), latest version.
14.4.2 The electronic drafting program used for the Contract Drawings shall be Architectural Desktop or AutoCAD (.dwg), latest version (preferred), or a program 100% compatible with AutoCAD, latest version.
14.4.3 The Design Professional shall convert electronic documents to Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf) and publish to Owner’s project web site as required herein.
Document Format. Document formats will depend on the type of document being delivered. The detailed strategy should also consider whether native model file formats such as Revit rvt together with native analysis files should be delivered. However, care should be taken in this as the whole strategy is based on Rail Baltica and the implementing bodies as clients not requiring to hold and use proprietary BIM software tools, but use tools that can federate and use extracted data. Drawings should be ideally delivered in the same format as the BIM Models retaining their link to the objects within the model. By doing so the objects in the drawing can be related to the asset register. However, if not in model format then one of the de-facto drawing CAD formats namely DWG or DGN. PDF versions of delivered drawings should also be delivered. Other documents such as specifications and reports should be delivered in xlsx, docx, csv or PDF form as appropriate. Photographs and videos should be delivered in a de-facto standard such as JPEG or MPEG.
