Submittal Reports, plans, surveys, field notes, original drawings, computer tapes, graphic files, tracings, calculations, analyses, reports, specifications, data, sketches and/or schematics prepared by A/E and supporting documents (collectively referred to hereinabove and hereinafter as the "A/E Work Product(s)"), shall be submitted by A/E on or before the dates specified for completion, as set out in the Production Schedule set forth in Exhibit C.
Traditional IRA-to-Xxxx XXX Conversions If you convert to a Xxxx XXX, the amount of the conversion from your Traditional IRA to your Xxxx XXX will be treated as a distribution for income tax purposes, and is includible in your gross income (except for any nondeductible contributions). Although the conversion amount generally is included in income, the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax will not apply to conversions from a Traditional IRA to a Xxxx XXX, regardless of whether you qualify for any exceptions to the 10 percent penalty tax. If you are required to take a required minimum distribution for the year, you must remove your required minimum distribution before converting your Traditional IRA.
Submittals Submittals required by the Contract Documents shall be prepared specifically for the Work by the Contractor to illustrate some portion of the Work. Submittals are not Contract Documents.
Trunk Data Exchange 65.9.1 Each Party agrees to service trunk groups to the blocking criteria in Section 64.3.4 in a timely manner when trunk groups exceed measured blocking thresholds on an average time consistent busy hour for a twenty-one (21) Day study period. The Parties agree that twenty-one (21) Days is the study period duration objective unless mutually agreed otherwise. The study period will not include a holiday.
