Submittals of Drawings. All Shop Drawings must be properly identified with the name of the Project and dates, and each lot submitted must be accompanied by a letter of transmittal referring to the name of the Project and to the specification section number for identification of each item clearly stating in narrative form, as well as "clouding" on the submissions, all qualifications, departures, or deviations from the Contract Documents, if any. Shop Drawings, for each section of the Work, shall be numbered consecutively, and the numbering system shall be retained throughout all revisions. All Subcontractor submissions shall be made through Contractor. Each drawing shall have a clear space for the stamps of Architect and Contractor. Only Shop Drawings required to be submitted by the Contract Documents shall be reviewed. Each submittal shall include electronic drawings, including fabrication, erection, layout and setting drawings, and such other drawings as required under the various sections of the specifications. Subcontractor shall submit copies, in an amount as requested by Contractor, of: manufacturers' descriptive data for materials, equipment, and fixtures, including catalog sheets showing dimensions, performance, characteristics, and capacities; wiring diagrams and controls; schedules; all seismic calculations and other calculations; and other pertinent information as required. Contractor shall make any corrections required by Architect and shall resubmit as required by Architect the required number of corrected copies of Shop Drawings until approved. Contractor shall direct specific attention in writing or on resubmitted Shop Drawings to revisions other than the corrections required by the Architect on previous submissions. Professional services required for more than one (1) re-review of required Submittals of shop drawings and/or product data are subject to charge to Contractor. The costs for such additional services shall be deducted by District from the amounts due to Contractor for such additional Architect's fees and paid directly to the Architect. No portion of the Work requiring a Shop Drawings submission shall be commenced until the submission has been reviewed by District and approved by Architect unless specifically directed in writing by District. All such portions of the Work shall be in accordance with approved Shop Drawings. All Shop Drawings submitted shall become District's property.
