Required Submittals. Complete shop drawings and manufacturer’s catalog data shall be submitted to the State and approved by the State prior to start of any construction work. Power and lighting panel configuration shall be complete with schedule of branch panels, separate disconnects, and circuit breakers, based on calculated and estimated motor, resistive and lighting loads. All circuits shall be labeled at the panel and at the outlet/power pole for future reference.
Required Submittals. Prior to commencement of construction, the Owner/Lessor shall submit two (2) copies of all shop drawings and manufacturers’ catalogue information for all construction items proposed to the State. These drawings shall include complete schedules for finishes, doors, floors, ceilings, hardware, plumbing fixtures and accessories, HVAC equipment and accessories, etc. Shop drawings and manufacturer’s catalogue information shall be checked and approved by the State.

Required Submittals. JOC shall submit the completed forms referenced in the Forms Appendix (Exhibit “B”) attached hereto to City for approval prior to receipt of a Notice to Proceed issued by City for the Project.

If additional sub-subcontractors are added, an updated SF1413 form including the addition (along with all previous listed sub-subcontractors) must be submitted before any certified payrolls can be processed. • Form WH347 Payroll Reporting Form (available from Contractor) - This form must be submitted on a weekly basis to the Contractor, even when there is no payroll to report for the week. • Statement of Compliance (available from Contractor) – This form must be submitted on a weekly basis to Contractor. Subcontractor shall furnish copies of all executed bonds, including any necessary reinsurance agreements, to the Contractor, within 10 days from award of this Subcontract or prior to performing any of the Work, either offsite or onsite, whichever occurs first.

4.2 All Responses to the Invitation to Bid become the property of the County and will not be returned.
4.3 Bid shall be in an opaque envelope or box with this Invitation to Bid name and number and the Respondent’s name and address on the front.
4.4 Expenses and costs incurred in the preparation of bids in response to the Invitation to Bid are the sole responsibility of the Respondent and shall not be reimbursed by the County.

4.6 Failure to include any of the items listed in Section 4.1 or absence at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference & Tour may result in the REJECTION of your bid.
