SUBORDINATION TO U.S. GOVERNMENT. This Agreement shall be subordinate to the provisions of any existing or future agreements between Lessor and the United States, relative to the operation and maintenance of the Airport, the terms and execution of which have been or may be required as a condition precedent to the expenditure or reimbursement of Lessor for Federal funds for the development of the Airport. Lessor and Operator expressly agree and understand that due to the funding and providing of services by governmental entities, Lessor has entered into certain agreements and accepted certain obligations under laws and governmental regulations, ordinances, codes and policies.
