Subscription/Annual Dues. State Affiliate shall pay dues to the XXX on an annual basis in such amount and consistent with such requirements as determined by the XXX (Exhibit D).   • Sick Leave Annual Cash Out ‌ Each January, employees are eligible to receive cash on a one (1) hour for four (4) hours basis for ninety-six (96) hours or less of their accrued sick leave, if:

  • Payment for annual leave (a) Before going on annual leave, an employee will be paid the amount of wages they would have received for ordinary time worked had they not been on leave during that period.

Effective November 24, 2018 – the basic annual salary for each grade and step of Table One and Table Two shall be increased by an amount equal to 1.3% of the basic annual salary for the grade and step in effect on May 20, 2016.

  • Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.

  • Loading on Annual Leave During a period of annual leave an employee will receive a loading calculated on the rate of wage prescribed by subclause 7.1.3. The loading shall be as follows:
