Subscription Start Date. Unless otherwise agreed in an Order Form, the Subscription Services will begin on the date you purchase the Subscription Services (please note that the foregoing does not limit your obligation to pay for Subscription Services that you previously used but for which you have not paid).

The Subscription Term shall commence on the date that MobileIron or the Authorized Reseller delivers to Customer all relevant Access Data (i.e. the connector code and the url and information necessary for Customer to access and use the Cloud Service), such date shall be deemed the “Activation Date.”
