Common use of Subscription Term and Renewals Clause in Contracts

Subscription Term and Renewals. Unless otherwise designated in the Order Form, the term of any Subscription shall be one (1) year commencing on the Effective Date of the applicable Order Form. Each Subscription Term shall automatically renew for subsequent periods of the same length as the initial Subscription Term unless either party gives the other written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the then-current Subscription Term.
