Subscription Term Payment. (a) The term for a subscription to the Service depends on the Offering you choose. All terms for a subscription auto-renew unless you provide 30 days notice prior to the end of the term that you do not wish to renew for the upcoming term.   • Subscription Term The transfer of Software Subscription(s) to Cloud Access does not change the start date or the duration of the original Software Subscription(s) and once your Software Subscription expires, your access to the Software Subscription in the Vendor’s Cloud will cease, unless otherwise renewed. You may renew your Software Subscription with Red Hat directly or an authorized partner.

  • Subscription Fee Customer shall pay to Service Provider in consideration for Service Provider providing the Services, the subscription fee as agreed upon in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Period the Initial Subscription together with any Renewal(s).

  • Subscription Terms Contractor grants to a Purchasing Entity a license to: (i) access and use the Service for its business purposes; (ii) for IaaS, use underlying software as embodied or used in the Service; and (iii) view, copy, upload and download (where applicable), and use Contractor’s documentation. No Contractor terms, including standard click through license or website terms or use of privacy policy, shall apply to Purchasing Entities unless such terms are included in this Master Agreement.

  • Subscription Price Each Warrant is exercisable at a price per share (the “Exercise Price”) of US$1.00. One (1) Warrant and the Exercise Price are required to subscribe for each share during the term of the Warrants.

  • Subscription Fees Licensee agrees to pay all Subscription Fees. Xxxxxx Xxx may increase or decrease such charges from time to time and Licensee agrees to pay any such adjusted charges; provided that the adjustment shall be communicated to Licensee in writing (a) on or before its effective date with respect to fees which constitute pass-through charges from Third- Party Licensors or other vendors, and (b) at least twenty (20) days before its effective date with respect to all other charges. Licensee’s continued use of the applicable Licensed Application(s) shall be deemed to be Licensee’s acceptance of any such adjustments.

  • Minimum Payment (a) Overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid for at the rate of double Ordinary Rates. Employees required to work on a Saturday or Sunday will be afforded a minimum 4 hours work, or be paid as if for 4 hours at the aforementioned overtime rates.

  • Annual Payment During each calendar year, an employee may choose to receive payment for up to twenty (20) hours of accrued vacation leave or compensatory time. Request for payment may be made in November or December of each year. Such payment shall be made during the month of November or December and will be granted only if the employee has taken at least forty (40) hours of vacation/compensatory time during the calendar year. Such payment shall be at the base hourly rate only, no add-ons.

  • Initial Payment Interconnection Customer shall elect (and provide its election to the Transmission Provider within five days of the commencement of negotiation of the GIA pursuant to Section 11.2 of the GIP) to make either 1) an initial payment equal to twenty (20) percent of the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades (if the In-Service Date is less than or equal to five (5) years of the initial payment date); or 2) an initial payment equal to ten (10) percent of the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades (if the In-Service Date exceeds the initial payment date by more than five (5) years); or 3) the total cost of Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades and/or Generator Upgrades in the form of security pursuant to Article 11.6. The initial payment shall be provided to Transmission Owner by Interconnection Customer pursuant to this Article 11.5 within the later of a) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of the execution of the GIA by all Parties, or b) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of acceptance by FERC if the GIA is filed unexecuted and the payment is being protested by Interconnection Customer, or c) forty-five (45) Calendar Days of the filing if the GIA is filed unexecuted and the initial payment is not being protested by Interconnection Customer. If the Interconnection Customer made its milestone payments in the form of cash and the Interconnection Customer elects a cash initial payment, then the Transmission Provider shall transfer those funds to the Transmission Owner on the Interconnection Customer’s behalf.

  • Minimum Payment Due Your Minimum Payment Due is listed on your Statement and equals the lesser of: • the amount of your New Balance, or • the greater of: • $30, or • 3% of the amount you owe, or • the sum of Finance Charges accrued since the last Billing Cycle (including Interest Charges and Transaction Fees), plus any Penalty Fees, Annual Fees (if applicable), and one-time fees that have been posted to your Account, plus 1% of the amount you owe. Making only the Minimum Payment Due will increase the amount of interest you pay and the time it takes to repay your balance.
