SUBSEQUENT COVERAGE. The decision of the Director of Security as to which injuries are covered by this section is final. At the conclusion of the thirty (30) day period, the employee will be covered by the Workers’ Compensation provisions for a period of twelve (12) months.

SUBSEQUENT COVERAGE. In satisfaction of Sections 7 and 8.c (as provided in Section 9a.(i)) of the Employment Agreement, after the expiration of COBRA coverage described above, the Company shall Provide (as defined below) the Employee’s spouse Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, at the Company expense, Health Care Insurance Benefits (as defined below) until October 31, 2019, and shall pay the Employee the additional severance amount set forth in Section 3.c.   • Interest Coverage The Company will not permit the ratio of Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA to Consolidated Interest Expense (in each case for the Company’s then most recently completed four fiscal quarters) to be less than 2.50 to 1.00 at any time.

  • Dependent Coverage For dependent dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of fifty (50) percent of the dependent premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual dependent premium of the dental plan chosen by the employee.

  • Minimum Interest Coverage The Borrower will not permit the ratio of EBITDA to Consolidated Interest Expense as at any fiscal quarter end for the four fiscal quarters then ending to be less than 3.00 to 1.0.

  • Coverage Term All insurance required herein shall be maintained in full force and effect until all work or services required to be performed under the terms of this Agreement are satisfactorily performed, completed and formally accepted by the City, unless specified otherwise in this Agreement.

  • Contribution Formula Dental Coverage Faculty Member Coverage. For faculty member dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of ninety percent (90%) of the faculty member premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual faculty member premium of the dental plan chosen by the faculty member. However, for calendar years beginning January 1, 2006, and January 1, 2007, the minimum employee contribution shall be five dollars ($5.00) per month.

  • Asset Coverage The Borrower will not at any time permit the aggregate amount of Total Liabilities that are Senior Securities Representing Indebtedness to exceed 33 1/3% of its Adjusted Net Assets.
