SUBSEQUENT MEETINGS. 1. Until all negotiation meetings are complete, each meeting shall include a decision on an agreed time and place for the next subsequent meeting.
SUBSEQUENT MEETINGS. Subject to clause 7.3(a)-(b):
(a) the CEO shall be responsible for convening subsequent meetings and the Joint Management Body shall decide the place for those meetings.
(b) meetings may be held using suitable technology which allows all members to effectively participate in consideration and decision making at the meeting and ensure as a minimum:
(i) that all participants are able to simultaneously hear each other during the meeting; or
(ii) that all communication during the meeting is immediately transmitted to each participant and each participant is able to immediately send messages to all other participants; and
(c) if a meeting of the Joint Management Body is to be held using technology, all participants must be informed that the meeting will be conducted using such technology.
SUBSEQUENT MEETINGS.
(a) Subject to paragraph 5.3(b) the CEO shall be responsible for convening meetings.
(b) At the first meeting, or at any subsequent meeting, the Co-operative Management Committee shall decide the venue for the subsequent meeting or meetings.
SUBSEQUENT MEETINGS. 50 51 The date, time, place, and the agenda of the next meeting shall be established before the 52 adjournment of any meeting.
SUBSEQUENT MEETINGS. The parties will meet periodically after the initial meeting in order to review [CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT].
