SUBSTANCE ABUSE COMMITTEE. 25.01 The Company will recognize a Substance Abuse committee consisting of one (1) Company representative and one (1) worker representative. Time will be provided on an as-needed basis. The Company representative will not be in a position to initiate disciplinary action to an hourly employee.
