Substantial dependence. Except as listed in the Disclosure Letter, neither in the financial period ending on the Reference Date nor in the period since the Reference Date has any person (together with other persons connected with such person) purchased from or sold to the Company more than 10 per cent of the aggregate amount of all sales or purchases made by the Company during such period.
Substantial dependence. Since 1st April, 1999 no person has purchased from or sold to any member of the Group more than 10 per cent. of the aggregate amount of all sales or purchases made by the Group taken as a whole during such period.
Substantial dependence. In the 2 financial periods immediately preceding the Latest Relevant Accounts Date no person has:
(i) purchased from any PMD Group Company more than 3 per cent. of the aggregate amount of all sales made by that PMD Group Company during such periods; or
(ii) sold to any PMD Group Company more than 10 per cent. of the aggregate amount of all purchases made by that PMD Group Company during such periods.
Substantial dependence. Since 1 January 2003 no person has purchased from or sold to the Montana Business more than 5 per cent. of the aggregate amount of all sales or purchases made by the Montana Business during such period (each, a "MATERIAL CUSTOMER" or a "MATERIAL SUPPLIER").

Neither in the financial period ended on the Accounts Date nor in the period since the Accounts Date has any person (together with other persons connected with him) purchased from or sold to the Company more than 10 per cent of the aggregate amount of all sales or purchases made by the Company during such period.
Substantial dependence. The details of the top ten customers of Xxxxxxxx Refractories Limited for the years ending 31st December, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996 provided at document 4.1 in the Data Room are materially complete and accurate.

As at the Hive Down Date no person has sold to the Opsys UK Business more than 10 per cent. of the aggregate amount of all purchases made by the Opsys UK Business during such period and there is no person (together with other persons connected with him), on whom the Opsys UK Business is substantially dependent or the cessation of transactions with whom would substantially affect the Opsys UK Business.
