Substitute Instruction. Substitute instruction, when performed by a full-time faculty member upon assignment by the President or designee, shall be with the consent of the substituting instructor. All substituting shall be paid on a pro-rated overload basis, computed by using the current Faculty Salary Schedule based on professional rank.
Substitute Instruction. Faculty members shall be compensated for each contact hour of substitute instruction at the rate of $30 per contact hour. No faculty member shall be compensated for substitute instruction that conflicts with such faculty member's regular employment duties.
Substitute Instruction. In such case as a substitute instructor is needed to cover the instructor on record during instructional time, PACCD will provide the substitute instructor and will ensure that the instructor has met all of the requirements as outlined within this AGREEMENT.
