Substitute Periods. Teachers who perform substitution duties during their preparation period shall be compensated the same hourly rate as the Special Courses in Schedule D. When a teacher is absent, teachers who take on additional elementary students when a substitute is not available will receive one half of the substitute daily rate of pay.
