Substitution of Unit. Oakdale of La Mesa may substitute your Apartment with another unit for any reason, including, but not limited to, compliance with any law or lawful order of any authorized public official. If you request an apartment substitution, it will be granted at the Community's discretion. If you move to an apartment that has a higher Monthly Fee than your Apartment, you will be responsible for the difference in fees. Similarly, if you move to an apartment with a lower Monthly Fee, the difference in fees will be credited toward your next month's statement. If you move pursuant to your own request, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the move.
