Warranty Inspection Sample Clauses

Warranty Inspection. Eleven months following construction completion, conduct an inspection to document any items to be repaired by the contractor under the conditions of the construction contract warranty. Submit work to be corrected to the Contractor and the City.
Warranty Inspection. The CMF shall, approximately 6 to 9 months after project occupancy or 60 days prior to expiration of warranties on the project described in a work order, schedule and conduct a site inspection with the Owner’s staff; the purpose of this inspection will be to identify warranty work which may need to be done.
Warranty Inspection. Goods and Material made in accordance with UCB's specifications and drawings shall not be furnished or quoted to any other person or concern without UCB's written consent. In the event of conflict between specifications, drawings, samples, designated type, part number or catalog description, the specifications shall govern over drawings, drawings over samples, whether or not approved by UCB, and samples over designated type, part number or catalog description. In case of ambiguity in the specifications, drawing, or other requirements of this Purchase Order, Seller must, before proceeding, consult UCB, whose written interpretation shall be final. Seller warrants the Goods and Materials delivered or Services rendered on this Purchase Order to be merchantable within the means of the Uniform Commercial Code and fit for their intended purpose. In addition, said Goods, Material or Services shall be free from defects, whether latent or patent, in labor, workmanship, materials, and design, and shall be in accordance with UCB's specifications, drawings, samples or other written or physical descriptions or guides and shall be suitable for the intended use. Seller warrants that it has good and marketable title to the Goods or Materials furnished. These warranties shall survive acceptance and payment. Seller shall be liable for and save UCB harmless from any loss, damage, or expense whatsoever that UCB may suffer from breach of any of these warranties. All material and workmanship shall be subject to inspection by UCB, its agents, servants, employees, officers and directors before and after delivery. UCB may accept any Goods or Material that conforms to Seller's warranties and upon discovery of Goods or Materials not so conforming may reject or keep and rework any such Good or Material not so conforming. UCB may make 100% inspection or reject an entire shipment if UCB sampling plan indicates rejection at the 1% acceptable quality level (or such greater or lesser percentage as UCB and Seller may agree upon in writing). Cost of rework, inspection, transportation, repacking and/or reinspection by UCB shall be at Seller's expense.
Warranty Inspection. (a) The Vendor is registered under Tarion/HCRA and the Dwelling will be enrolled with Tarion/HCRA. The Purchaser shall reimburse and pay to the Vendor, on closing, the fee for enrolment of the Dwelling with Tarion. The Purchaser agrees to accept the Tarion warranty in lieu of any other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, it being understood and agreed that there is no representation other than as expressed herein in writing. The Purchaser acknowledges that it has received a copy of the Warranty Information Sheet as Schedule F as published by Tarion and which provides information about warranty coverage, the pre-delivery inspection and, generally, rights and responsibilities of Purchaser/Owners and Builders. In addition, the Purchaser acknowledges that it has received the following link to Xxxxxx's Learning Hub (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/homeowners/learning-HUB); (b) The Purchaser agrees that the Purchaser or a representative designated in writing by the Purchaser shall meet a representative of the Vendor, at the Property at a time, prior to Closing, designated by the Vendor, to conduct a pre- delivery inspection of the dwelling constructed on the Property (the “Inspection”). At the Inspection any items remaining to be completed shall be listed on a Certificate of Completion and Possession in accordance with the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act (the “Certificate”) or on such other forms as prescribed by such Act. Such Certificate shall constitute the Vendor’s only undertaking to complete the incomplete items. The Purchaser agrees that the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s representative shall execute the Certificate at the conclusion of the Inspection and shall be delivered to the Vendor’s representative at such time; (c) In the event the Purchaser elects to designate a representative for the purposes of the Inspection, the Purchaser agrees to provide written authority appointing such representative and deliver such written authority to the Vendor at least one day prior to the date of Inspection. All decisions made by and documentation executed and delivered by the Purchaser’s representative shall be binding upon the Purchaser as if the Purchaser had made such decisions and had executed and delivered such documentation. Without limiting the Purchaser’s rights under the Tarion warranty, the Vendor reserves the right, in its Discretion, to refuse access to the Property by any particular designated representative or representatives; (d) If the Purchaser or...
Warranty InspectionContractor shall complete a warranty inspection via third party of the Work, via CCTV or other method approved in advance by the Municipality and the District, at least 90 days prior to the warranty expiration. All inspection results, including video and associated files with Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) coding shall be provided to the Municipality and the District with in fifteen (15) days of inspection. The retainage portion of this Contract shall not be paid until the warranty inspection is complete. Contractor’s obligations to perform a warranty inspection shall survive termination of this Contract.
Warranty Inspection. Design Builder shall conduct an inspection of the project thirty (30) working days prior to warranty expiration and provide to Owner a written report specifying any warranty deficiencies which may exist. The warranty period shall be one year from the date of Substantial Completion.
Warranty Inspection. The CMR shall administer the correction of all warranty claims that originate during the period of the Contract and resolve all claims during the full Warranty Period. The CMR shall participate in a warranty inspection with APS, Commissioning Agent and A/E approximately 9 months into the 1 year Warranty Period and provide a plan for all necessary repairs, replacements, and/or corrective work.
Warranty InspectionSeller warrants the merchantability and fitness of the goods furnished hereunder and that they shall be in accordance with the requirements of this order and shall be free from all defects in design, workmanship, and materials. Seller agrees that this warranty shall survive the acceptance of and payment for such goods. All materials shall be in accordance with the latest revision of the specifications appearing in this order and may be subject to inspection at Buyer’s plant or at source by Buyer's or customer’s representative, who shall be entitled to access to the extent practicable at any and all times during manufacturing and any and all places where such manufacturing is carried on. Seller will provide without additional charge all reasonable facilities and assistance for any inspection or tests made on its premises. Inspection of the material furnished does not relieve the Seller from its responsibility hereunder for any inferior material furnished or workmanship done or defects which become manifest in service. Any rights, under the warranties or undertakings set forth in this purchase order shall extend without exception to any company upon whose behalf this order is issued by the Buyer as the interest of such company shall appear.
Warranty Inspection. NPPH shall grant NSPI access to the Work and plan a coinciding scheduled outage of the Utility Plant, in the period that is nine to twelve months following the Commercial Operation Date, for the purposes of carrying out warranty inspections in accordance with the terms of the EPC Contract.
