Subtenant’s Use. General office.
Subtenant’s Use of electric current in the Premises shall not at any time exceed the capacity of any of the electrical conductors and equipment in or otherwise serving the Premises. Subtenant shall not make, or perform or permit the making or performing of, any alterations to wiring installations or other electrical facilities in or serving the Premises without the prior consent of Landlord and Sublandlord in each instance. Subtenant hereby agrees to pay all costs of operating such additional lighting, appliances and equipment, and agrees to indemnify Sublandlord for any and all costs which may be charged to Sublandlord by reason of Subtenant’s installation or use of such additional lighting, appliances and equipment. If, as a condition to giving its consent to such installation, Landlord requires Sublandlord to pay for the additional facilities needed to provide the additional capacity, Subtenant will, as and when such payment or payments are required to be made, pay Sublandlord the amount of such payment or payments.
Subtenant’s Use. The Premises shall be used and occupied only for the Subtenant’s Use set forth in Section 1(P).
Subtenant’s Use. Subtenant’s use and occupancy of the Sublease Premises and the common areas of the Building will be at all times consistent with all of the terms and provisions of the Lease and Subtenant will indemnify and hold Sublandlord harmless against any and all claims of liability to Landlord and others resulting from any failure by Subtenant to abide by the restrictions, conditions, and requirements of the Lease relating to the use and occupancy of the Sublease Premises and other areas of the Building.
Subtenant’s Use. General business office use and any related lawful purpose in conformity with the Master Lease (subject to consent of Overlandlord).
Subtenant’s Use shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Master Lease and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and restrictions. Subtenant shall not use or suffer or permit the Sublease Premises to be used for any other purpose.
Subtenant’s Use. The Premises shall be used and occupied only for the Subtenant’s Use set forth in Section 1 and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of Sublandlord, which consent may be withheld in Sublandlord’s sole discretion. Subtenant will not use the Premises for any purpose or in any manner in violation of the Prime Lease, any law, municipal ordinance, or regulation, or any certificate of occupancy covering or affecting the use of the Premises.
Subtenant’s Use. The Premises shall be used and occupied only for the Subtenant's Use set forth in Section 1(O).
Subtenant’s Use. General office, laboratory, research and development, and related uses, subject to Article 5 of the Master Lease.
Subtenant’s Use. Subject to the limitations on use set forth in the Prime --------------- Lease and Legal Requirements (as defined below), the Premises shall be used and occupied only for the uses permitted under the Prime Lease, and for no other uses. As used herein, "Legal Requirements" shall mean every statute, law ------------------ (including, without limitation, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, ordinance, code, regulation, order, permit, approval, license, judgment, restriction or rule of any federal, state, county, municipal or local government and all departments, commissions, boards, bureaus and offices thereof having or claiming jurisdiction over the Property (a "Governmental Authority") or other ---------------------- public or quasi-public body, agency, court, department, bureau or authority having jurisdiction over the subject matter.
