Successive Carriers. Carriage to be performed under one ticket by several successive carriers is regarded as a single operation. A carriage does not lose its international character merely because one portion of a single operation is to be performed entirely within the territory of the same sovereign state.

Successive Carriers. Carriage to be performed under one Ticket or under a Ticket and any Conjunction Ticket issued in connection therewith by several successive carriers is regarded as a single operation.

Successive Carriers. If carriage governed by a single contract is performed by several successive carriers, each carrier, by the very act of taking over the luggage with the luggage registration voucher or the vehicle with the carriage voucher, shall become a party to the contract of carriage in respect of the forwarding of luggage or the carriage of vehicles, in accordance with the terms of the luggage registration voucher or of the carriage voucher and shall assume the obligations arising therefrom. In such a case each carrier shall be responsible for the carriage over the entire route up to delivery.
Successive Carriers. 13.1 If we and other carriers are involved in performing carriage for you under one ticket, or under a conjunction ticket, we will regard the carriage as a single operation for the purposes of the Convention. However, please read Article 14.6.1.

  • Successive Actions A separate right of action hereunder shall arise each time Lender acquires knowledge of any matter indemnified or guaranteed by Indemnitor under this Agreement. Separate and successive actions may be brought hereunder to enforce any of the provisions hereof at any time and from time to time. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to Dispute Resolution pursuant to Section 12 of the Tariff.
