Successor to the Operations Coordinator. Due to the changing circumstances and requirements of emergencies, especially in transition from the response to and recovery from an emergency, the Executive Board is hereby given authority to appoint an Operational Area Coordinator to succeed the initial response Operational Area Coordinator designated pursuant to Section G (1) of this Agreement.
