This Agreement shall not be construed so as to confer any right or benefit upon any Person other than the parties to this Agreement and each of their respective permitted successors and assigns and other than (i) the Covered Persons with respect to Section 4.6 and (ii) the Advent Group Members and the FTB Group Members with respect to Section 4.7.
