Successors of County Sample Clauses

Successors of County. In the event of the dissolution of the County, all the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements in this Agreement contained, by or on behalf of, or for the benefit of, the County, the Seller, any other Registered Owner and the Registrar, shall bind or inure to the benefit of the successors of the County from time to time and any entity, officer, board, commission, agency or instrumentality to whom or to which any power or duty of the County shall be transferred.

Successors of County. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements in this Indenture contained, by or on behalf of the County, shall bind and inure to the benefit of its successors and assigns, whether so expressed or not. If any of the powers or duties of the County shall hereafter be transferred by any law of the State, and if such transfer shall relate to any matter or thing permitted or required to be done under this Indenture by the County, then the body or official of the State who shall succeed to such powers or duties shall act and be obligated in the place and stead of the County as provided in this Indenture.
