Sufficiency of Certain Items. The Property contains not less than:
(a) a sufficient amount of furniture, furnishings, color television sets, carpets, drapes, rugs, floor coverings, mattresses, pillows, bedspreads and the like, to furnish each guest room, so that each such guest room is, in fact, fully furnished; and
(b) a sufficient amount of towels, washcloths and bed linens, so that there are three sets of towels, washcloths and linens for each guest room (one on the beds, one on the shelves, and one in the laundry), together with a sufficient supply of paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies and other such supplies and materials, as are reasonably adequate for the current operation of the Hotel.
Sufficiency of Certain Items. The Property, on the Closing Date, shall contain not less than
(a) sufficient furniture, furnishings, televisions, carpets, drapes, rugs, floor covering, mattresses, pillows, bed spreads, and the like, to furnish each guest room, so that each guest room is fully furnished; and
(b) two (2) sets of towels, wash cloths and bed linens, so that there are two (2) sets of towels, wash cloths and linens in the usual number for each guest room and an extra equal set on the shelves (or in the laundry), together with a sufficient supply of paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies and other supplies and materials reasonably adequate for the current operation of the Property.
Sufficiency of Certain Items. The Property, together with the Current Assets, contain an amount of equipment and supplies, which is sufficient to efficiently operate and maintain the Property in the manner in which it is normally operated and maintained.
Sufficiency of Certain Items. The Property contains not less than:
(a) a sufficient amount of kitchen equipment, bar equipment, refrigeration equipment, silverware, glassware, china, dishes, "small goods", napkins, tablecloths, paper goods and other such personal property to efficiently operate each of the restaurants, bars and lounges, located upon or within the Improvements;
(b) a sufficient amount of furniture, furnishings, color television sets, carpets, drapes, rugs, floor coverings, mattresses, pillows, bedspreads and the like, to furnish each guest room, so that each such guest room is, in fact, fully furnished; and
(c) a sufficient amount of towels, washcloths and bed linens, so that there are two and one-half sets of towels, washcloths and linens for each guest room, together with a sufficient supply of paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies and other such supplies and materials, as are reasonably adequate for the current operation of the Hotel.
Sufficiency of Certain Items. Each Property includes:
(a) a sufficient amount of furniture, furnishings, color television sets, carpets, drapes, rugs, floor coverings, mattresses, pillows, bedspreads and the like, of requisite quality and condition, to furnish each guest room in accordance with standards applicable to each Hotel brand on the Agreement Date; and
(b) a sufficient amount of towels, wash cloths and bed linens together with a sufficient supply of paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies and other such supplies and materials, as are reasonably adequate for the current operation of the Hotels and as are required by each Hotel’s brand standards.
Sufficiency of Certain Items. The Property contains, as of the ----------------------------- Closing Date, not less than:
(a) a sufficient amount of furniture, furnishings, color television sets, carpets, drapes, rugs, floor coverings, mattresses, pillows, bedspreads and the like, to furnish each guest room, so that each such guest room is, in fact, fully furnished; and
(b) a sufficient amount of towels, washcloths and bed linens, so that there are three sets of towels, washcloths and lines for each guest room (one on the beds, one on the shelves, and one in the laundry), together with a sufficient supply of paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies and other such supplies and materials, as are reasonably adequate for the current operations of the Hotel.
Sufficiency of Certain Items. The Property includes:
(a) a sufficient amount of furniture, furnishings, color television sets, carpets, drapes, rugs, floor coverings, mattresses, pillows, bedspreads and the like, of requisite quality and condition, to furnish each guest room in accordance with Franchisor’s standards; and
(b) An amount of towels, washcloths and bed linens, so that there are at least two point five (2.5) par (as such term, “par” is commonly used in the hotel industry) sets of towels, washcloths and linens for each guest room, together with a sufficient supply of paper goods, soaps, cleaning supplies and other such supplies and materials, as Licensor requires or recommends as part of the opening inventory for an identically Branded hotel.
