Suite Identification Signage. Landlord acknowledges that it currently maintains a program for providing suite identification signage for its tenants and agrees that so long as it maintains a program for providing suite identification signage for its tenants, it shall provide building standard suite identification signage at or near the main door accessing the Premises in a location and with the size, color, and other aesthetics determined by Landlord in its sole and absolute discretion (“Suite Signage”). Subject to the foregoing, Landlord will provide Tenant with building standard Suite Signage at Landlord’s cost and expense. Landlord and Tenant have executed this Lease as of the Effective Date specified below Landlord’s signature.
