Suite Signage. Subject to and in compliance with the terms of Section 4.4 of the Lease, Tenant shall have the right, at Tenant’s sole expense (or, at Tenant’s election, deducted from the Construction Allowance, as defined in Exhibit B), to install signage of its name and logo on the walls of the fourth (4th) and sixth (6th) floor elevator lobbies of the Building and on the entrance doors to the 4th Floor Space and the 6th Floor Space.

Suite Signage. At its expense, Tenant may install a sign identifying Tenant's name next on or next to the main entrance door to the Leased Premises, which sign will be consistent with the Landlord's standard Building suite signage for such purposes and otherwise reasonably approved by Landlord. Any change to such sign shall be subject to Landlord's reasonable prior written approval and shall be at Tenant's expense.
Suite Signage. Landlord shall provide and install, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense, the initial signage for Tenant in the Building directory and Building standard suite signage at the entry to the Premises. Such signage shall consist of Building standard materials and shall comply with current Building specifications.
Suite Signage. Tenant shall be entitled, Landlord’s initial cost, to identification signage outside of Tenant’s Premises on the floor on which Tenant’s Premises are located; provided, however, any subsequent modifications to such identification signage shall be at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. The location, quality, design, style, lighting and size of such signage shall be consistent with the Landlord’s Building standard signage program and shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in its sole discretion. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for the removal of such signage and the repair of all damage to the Building caused by such removal.
Suite Signage. Sublandlord shall provide Subtenant building standard suite signage at Sublandlord’s sole cost and expense. In addition, Sublandlord will confirm that Subtenant is allowed an additional listing in the Building lobby directory, but such additional signage will be at Subtenant’s sole cost and will be arranged directly with Landlord.
Suite Signage. Tenant shall not install, display or thereafter maintain any sign or other display which is visible from outside the Leased Space unless said sign or display (1) conforms to the sign regulations established by Landlord which are attached as an Exhibit "C" to this Lease, and (2) said sign or display has been expressly approved by Landlord in advance to its installation.

Suite Signage. Lessee shall be allowed to install suite identification signage located at the entrance wall of its Premises, per the Lessor's building sign program.
