When requested by the ADR, Design-Builder shall, with its Interim Payment Applications, submit a graphical comparison of the Baseline CPM Schedule, the then-current Project Schedule, and an updated Progress and Completion Schedule (“the Summary Schedule Comparison”). The Summary Schedule Comparison shall condense key tasks, events, Work sequences, and Milestone Dates, vertically aligning a condensed graphical Baseline CPM Schedule, the then-current Project Schedule, and the updated Progress and Completion Schedule on one document, employing identically time-scaled grids.
