Summer Intersession Clause Samples
The "Summer Intersession" clause defines the terms and conditions that apply to a short academic period between the standard spring and fall semesters. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility for enrollment, the types of courses offered, and any special tuition or credit policies that differ from regular semesters. For example, it may specify that only certain accelerated courses are available or that students can earn a limited number of credits during this period. Summer Intersession. Period of days between the end of the standard academic year and prior to the date the residence halls open for summer session check-in.
Summer Intersession. During any summer intersession, a Unit Member may use up to two (2) hours of accumulated summer intersession sick leave for personal necessity leave, not to exceed a cumulative total of nine (9) hours in any academic year.
