Summer Intersession Clause Samples

The "Summer Intersession" clause defines the terms and conditions that apply to a short academic period between the standard spring and fall semesters. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility for enrollment, the types of courses offered, and any special tuition or credit policies that differ from regular semesters. For example, it may specify that only certain accelerated courses are available or that students can earn a limited number of credits during this period. The core function of this clause is to provide clear guidelines for participation in the summer intersession, ensuring both students and the institution understand the unique rules governing this academic interval.
