Summer Parenting Schedule. When a Child is not in summer camp, the Parties shall divide the remaining summer vacation time equally. No later than February 1 of each year, or earlier if a camp program being considered requires earlier notification, the Parties shall agree on summer plans. If they cannot readily agree on summer plans, they shall use the dispute resolution procedures in this Agreement. When plans are proposed by either Party, each shall also provide the other with information about the camp program being proposed. The Parties recognize that the success of any summer plan depends partly upon the response of a Child to being away from either Party, and the Parties shall discuss changing any arrangement if either Party believes a Child is not doing well in that particular schedule.

Summer Parenting Schedule. Xxxxxx shall have alternating weeks with the minor children commencing on the first Friday after school lets out at 5:00 p.m. until the following Friday at 5:00 p.m. and alternating therein after until he has exercised six (6) weeks of summer parenting time.

  • Operating Schedule Purchaser shall, be- fore commencing operations, provide in writing an annual Operating Schedule of anticipated major activities and needs for logging Included Timber, such as logging, road maintenance, Scaling, and road construction, including construction staking under B5.212 and material delivery under B5.22. Upon reasonable notice to Forest Service, such schedule shall be subject to modifications necessi- xxxxx by weather, markets, or other unpredictable circum- stances. Subject to B6.6 and when the requirements of B6.66 are met, Purchaser’s Operations may be conducted out- side Normal Operating Season. “Normal Operating Sea- son” is the period(s) beginning and ending on the dates stated in A16 of any year.

  • Teaching Schedule Teaching schedules shall be established, if practicable, so that the time between the beginning of the first assignment and the end of the last for any one day does not exceed eight (8) hours.

  • Effective Date of the Contract The date indicated on the Contract or as otherwise specified therein.

  • Reporting Schedule Consultant shall report regularly, and not less frequent than once per week, to the Company his actions on behalf of the Company.

  • AMENDING OPERATING AGREEMENT This Agreement may only be amended by an affirmative vote or consent of all Members.

  • BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Working Schedule The hours and days of work of each employee shall be posted in an appropriate place at least two (2) weeks in advance.

  • Flexible Work Schedules (a) Academic Professional staff members throughout the University may have, as indicated below, flexible work schedules. For example, Academic Professionals often travel on University business and/or work evenings and weekends.
