SUNDRY COSTS. 4.1 All charges for the items set out below are for the account of the developer where no agreement has been made for such charges to be included in the contract sum: 4.1.1 Special foundations or reinforcing due to adverse subsoil conditions. 4.1.2 Any blasting and/or work where a compressor is required due to adverse subsoil conditions. 4.1.3 The removal or importation of any material as a consequence of 4.1.1 or 4.1.2 hereof. 4.1.4 The professional fees of the principal agent for undertaking all tasks in terms of this agreement are on the basis as agreed to between such agent and the developer. 4.1.5 the costs of the sheq officer on the basis as agreed to between such officer and the 4.2 The contractor is liable for the cost of water during construction up to the date of practical completion.

  • Mandatory Costs If any Lender or the L/C Issuer incurs any Mandatory Costs attributable to the Obligations, then from time to time the Borrower will pay to such Lender or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, such Mandatory Costs. Such amount shall be expressed as a percentage rate per annum and shall be payable on the full amount of the applicable Obligations.

  • CP Costs Payments On each Settlement Date, Seller shall pay to Agent (for the benefit of the Conduits) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid CP Costs in respect of the outstanding Capital of each of the Conduits for the related Settlement Period in accordance with Article II.

  • Reimbursable Costs 5.3.1. To be considered eligible for reimbursement, costs have to be: • actually incurred, individually identifiable and verifiable, as backed by copies of supporting evidence, as the case may be in the Contractor’s official bookkeeping; this means that no lump sums will be eligible for reimbursement; • necessary in order to perform the tasks as specified in the Terms of Reference (Annex 2); and • cost effective and providing value for money 5.3.2. The following costs are never eligible for reimbursement: • costs for excess baggage; • costs that are covered by the per diem; and • costs that are covered from a source other than this Contract 5.3.3. Travel tickets are reimbursed by EFI up to the cost of economy class level on basis of the most cost efficient itinerary, taking into account ticket price, travel duration, number of connections and safety of the transporting company. 5.3.4. For travel tickets, EFI requires the following documentation as supporting evidence: copies of tickets or electronic reservation, invoices and boarding cards. This documentation must clearly show the class of travel used, the time of travel and the amount paid.

  • CP Costs Seller shall pay CP Costs with respect to the Capital associated with each Purchaser Interest of Conduit for each day that any Capital in respect of such Purchaser Interest is outstanding. Each Purchaser Interest funded substantially with Pooled Commercial Paper will accrue CP Costs each day on a pro rata basis, based upon the percentage share the Capital in respect of such Purchaser Interest represents in relation to all assets held by Conduit and funded substantially with related Pooled Commercial Paper.

  • Lenders’ Expenses All Lenders’ Expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses for documentation and negotiation of this Agreement) incurred through and after the Effective Date, when due.

  • Collection Costs In the event collection efforts are required to obtain payment on this Account, to the extent permitted by law, You agree to pay all court costs, private process server fees, investigation fees or other costs incurred in collection and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in the course of collecting any amounts owed under this Agreement or in the recovery of any Collateral.

  • Taxes and Regulatory Costs Borrower shall pay to Bank immediately upon demand, in addition to any other amounts due or to become due hereunder, any and all (i) withholdings, interest equalization taxes, stamp taxes or other taxes (except income and franchise taxes) imposed by any domestic or foreign governmental authority and related in any manner to LIBOR, and (ii) future, supplemental, emergency or other changes in the LIBOR Reserve Percentage, assessment rates imposed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or similar requirements or costs imposed by any domestic or foreign governmental authority or resulting from compliance by Bank with any request or directive (whether or not having the force of law) from any central bank or other governmental authority and related in any manner to LIBOR to the extent they are not included in the calculation of LIBOR. In determining which of the foregoing are attributable to any LIBOR option available to Borrower hereunder, any reasonable allocation made by Bank among its operations shall be conclusive and binding upon Borrower.

  • BILLED COSTS Charges for the services cited in Section II will be billed or cost applied in accordance with the procedures established by the county, and recorded on the books of the cost center providing the service. Such charges will be based on the actual allowable costs, as defined by Uniform Guidance, incurred by the cost center responsible for providing the service. Any differences between the billed allowable costs and the actual allowable costs for a particular accounting period will be considered in a subsequent agreement.
