SUPERANNUATION AND RETIREMENT. 18.1 All employees shall be covered by the provisions of the Public Sector Pension Plans Act and enrolled as Group 5 employees. Such coverage shall be subject to the Municipal Pension Plan rules, as amended from time to time, under the Municipal Pension Plan Joint Trust Agreement and pursuant to the authority of the Public Sector Pensions Plan Act.
