Superintendent of CM/GC. The CM/GC shall keep on this work during its progress and until the Final Certificate has been executed by the Design Professional a competent Project Superintendent and any necessary assistants, all satisfactory to the Design Professional and Owner. The Project Superintendent shall not be changed except with the consent of the Owner and the Design Professional unless the superintendent proves to be unsatisfactory to the CM/GC and ceases to be in his employ. The superintendent represents the CM/GC and all directions given to the superintendent shall be as binding as if given to the CM/GC.
