Common use of Superintendent of Schools or Designee Clause in Contracts

Superintendent of Schools or Designee. a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may file his/her written grievance with the Superintendent or Designee within ten (10) days following receipt of the decision at Level One. b. The Superintendent or Designee shall, within ten (10) days after receipt of the referral, meet with the grievant and with a representative of the Association’s Grievance Committee for the purpose of resolving the grievance. c. The Superintendent or Designee shall, within ten (10) days after the hearing, render his/her decision in writing to the grievant with a copy to the Association’s Grievance Committee Chairperson.
