SUPERVISION AND CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES. 3.3.1 The Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work, using the Contractor’s best skill and attention. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for and have control over construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the work under the contract, unless Contract Documents give other specific instructions concerning these matters. 3.3.2 The Contractor shall be responsible to the Owner for acts and omissions of the Contractor’s employees, Subcontractors and their agents and employees, and other persons performing portions of the Work under a contract with the Contractor. 3.3.3 The Contractor shall not be relieved of obligations to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents either by activities or duties of the Architect in the Architect’s administration of the Contract or by tests, inspections or approvals required or performed by persons other than the Contractor. 3.3.4 The Contractor shall be responsible for inspection of portions of Work already performed under this Contract to determine that such portions are in proper condition to receive subsequent Work. 3.3.5 Before beginning work at the site, the Contractor shall attend a pre-construction conference scheduled by the Architect and he shall bring the superintendent employed for this project. At this time, all parties concerned will discuss the project under Contract and prepare a program of procedures in keeping with requirements of the Contract Documents. The superintendent shall henceforth make every effort to expeditiously coordinate all phases of the work, including the required reporting procedure, to obtain the end result within the full purpose and intent of the Contract Documents for the project
