Supervision by CROSSROADS COMMUNITY. The Director or designee is responsible for the overall supervision of the persons served and the coordination of the various departmental functions in relation to the person’s program. • The Director or designee is expected to monitor the program of the persons served and keep the DORS counselors informed as to progress and problems, if any. • Supervision of the DORS consumer shall include: o Maintenance of attendance and progress reports. o Direct instruction/evaluation of course content. o Interpretation and enforcement of the policies, rules and regulations pertaining to the orderly operation of CROSSROADS COMMUNITY program. o Reporting any irregularities in the program of the DORS consumer. • Criminal Background Check: o The CROSSROADS COMMUNITY is responsible for ensuring that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who provide services to DORS consumers under this cooperative agreement, are fingerprinted and have a background check consistent with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, Section 5-551 through 5-557 and CARF Employment and Community Services Standards Manual.
