Common use of SUPERVISION COST TO TOWN Clause in Contracts

SUPERVISION COST TO TOWN. The Owner will pay to the Town a sum equal to five point five percent of the Owner’s share of the actual cost of all the services as shown in Schedule “J” for the services of the Town excluding the street lighting and electrical distribution system, but including processing of plans and supervision of works. This amount must be paid before the Town releases the plan for registration, subject to an adjustment or refund to the Owner in accordance with subsection (3) of Section 29 of this Agreement. No supervision fee shall be payable to the Town in respect of any of the works described in Schedule “K”.
