SUPERVISION/GUIDANCE REQUIREMENTS. Instruct and direct No. 2 and No. 3 Power Plant Operators in their duties and any others engaged in the operation of the Charlottetown Thermal Generating Station during his/her hours of duty, in accordance with the foregoing primary duties and responsibilities.
