Supervision of Architect. All: (a) Initial Construction Work; and (b) Construction Work, the estimated cost of which (determined as provided in Section 8.04(b) hereof) is ten percent (10%) of the Replacement Value or more either individually or in the aggregate in any calendar year or (c) that involves work that would materially change the exterior of any Building or the height, bulk or setback of any Building shall be carried out under the supervision of an Architect if the work in question is of a type that is typically carried out under such supervision.

Supervision of Architect. All Major Construction Work shall be supervised by an Architect and all material changes to the Approved Plans and Specifications, shall be undertaken by an Architect.
