Supervision of Students. No employee is expected to assume the role of a substitute teacher except where necessary for the reasonable supervision and safety of students, after efforts to secure a substitute teacher have failed. An attempt will be made to have a certified employee present when a classified employee in this bargaining unit is on “student duty” in the lunchroom, hallways, restrooms and/or the parking lot.
