Supervision of Work by Developer. A. Prior to the performance of any of the Work, Developer shall submit a list of responsible professionals who will supervise and test the Work, which professionals shall include without limitation an Engineer of Record, a Project Inspector and other certified testing professionals as needed each of whom must be satisfactory to the City Engineer in his reasonable discretion (collectively, the "Supervising Professionals"). In the event there is a change in the identity of any of the Supervising Professionals, the Developer shall immediately notify the City of such change.

  • Supervision of Work The TSP shall provide all necessary superintendence for execution of the Project and its supervisory personnel shall be available to provide full-time superintendence for execution of the Project.
