Engineer of Record. The professional engineer or engineering firm contracted or employed by the County and registered in the State of Florida who is responsible for the preparation of the plans and specifications. The engineer of record may be County in-house staff or a consultant retained by the County.
Engineer of Record. The Project has been designed by , who is hereinafter called the “Engineer of Record” and who is to act as the County’s design professional.
Engineer of Record. The licensed Professional Engineer that develops the criteria and concept for the project and is responsible for the preparation of the Plans and Specifications.
Engineer of Record. The Customer has identified ECG Engineering, P.C. as the certified Engineer of Record (Engineer) to provide engineering services in connection with the Work to be performed by JCI (Engineering Services). The fees and total compensation for such Engineering Services shall be $582,166 and are the sole responsibility of JCI. Both JCI and Xxxxxxxx agree and acknowledge that the Engineer owes its/his/her professional obligations and duties, including duties of care to JCI and the Customer. The Engineer shall remain free from any financial interest in the Agreement which conflicts with the proper completion of its/his/her responsibilities under this Agreement and which conflicts with its/his/her responsibilities and duties to the Customer.
Engineer of Record. DEVELOPER shall retain and pay the cost of the Engineer of Record to certify the private improvements are constructed to their satisfaction and at the places, at the grades, with the materials and in the manner shown upon the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City' s Engineer.
Engineer of Record. Activities: • Reviewing, commenting on, approving, and responding to contractor submittals • Investigating and responding to Design Clarification Verification Requests (DCVRs) as requested by the City • Revising or preparing new plan sheets as requested by the City to assist in Work Change Directives (WCDs) issuance or for other similar needs • Preparing record drawings based on changes made during construction Assumptions: • Support during bidding such as answering bidder questions, preparing addenda, and conformed contract documents is covered under the Engineering & Design task. • Construction surveying/staking is assumed to be provided by the contractor and/or their own subcontractor. • Post-construction infiltration testing for newly installed UIC facilities is assumed to be provided be the contractor and/or their own subcontractor. • EADOC will be the software utilized for all communication, document exchange, submittal review, DCVR responses and WCD issuances during construction • The City will provide EADOC training needed to consultant staff free of charge • Up to $50,000 is budgeted for this task. Compensation for this task will be increased if the actual amount of contractor submittals and resubmittals, DCVRs, WCDs, or other tasks during the course of construction requires consultant effort beyond the budgeted amount. Deliverables: • Submittal responses via EADOC within two business days • DCVR responses via EADOC within two business days • Plan revisions, calculations, or other materials requested by City for use in WCDs or similar needs • Record drawings, in electronic PDF format, within two weeks after receiving marked up plans from City
Engineer of Record. A Professional Engineer registered in the State of Florida, other than the Engineer of Record or his subcontracted consultant, who undertakes the design and drawing of components of the permanent structure as part of a redesign or Cost Savings Initiative Proposal, or for repair designs and details of the permanent work. The Contractor’s Engineer of Record may also serve as the Specialty Engineer.
Engineer of Record. All original drawings shall bear all required stamps of approval, including the seal and signature of the Engineer of Record, and shall be accompanied by all necessary applications, certificates, or permits of all local, state and federal agencies having jurisdiction over the Project.
Engineer of Record. Engineer of Record means Xxxxx and Xxxxxx. Engineer of Record is also included in the definition of "Professional" below.
Engineer of Record. Equinox Environmental Consultation and Design, Inc., of 00 X’Xxxxx Xxxxxx Suite 206, Asheville, NC 28801, hereinafter called ("EQUINOX") shall serve as the Engineer of Record for the Project. EQUINOX shall inspect and approve, on behalf of TOWN, the accuracy and workmanship of the work completed in accordance with the contract documents each application for payment prior to progress payment.
