Supervisor Meeting. Each employee’s performance assessment shall be discussed with 8 him/her by the supervisor. All discussion of a performance assessment by a supervisor shall be 9 conducted in private.
Supervisor Meeting. After submission of the materials set forth above, the Unit Core Faculty member and her/his supervisor meet to review the application.

Supervisor Meeting. The parties encourage informal discussion between employees and their supervisors to resolve problems without recourse to a formal grievance. The parties may, where appropriate and requested, provide assistance to help facilitate a resolution of the problem acceptable to employees and their supervisors. While discussion must begin within the time limit prescribed in paragraph H5.08, it is agreed that the period required to conduct discussions shall not count as elapsed time for the purpose of grievance time limits.
Supervisor Meeting. If the member disagrees with the Letter of Reprimand, they may meet informally with the immediate supervisor issuing the Letter of Reprimand. The supervisor shall have five (5) days to respond and/or issue the Letter of Reprimand.
