It is not the, policy or practice of the Employer to have excluded classes of employees perform work normally assigned to employees, including Foremen, covered by this Agreement. Excluded supervisors shall not perform bargaining unit work except in an emergency situation where bargaining unit members are not immediately available. In the case of an emergency, where bargaining unit work is to be done, bargaining unit employees will be called to work immediately and management shall cease to perform bargaining unit work when bargaining unit employees in sufficient numbers arrive on the scene.
