Common use of Supervisors - Premium for Record Keeping Clause in Contracts

Supervisors - Premium for Record Keeping. On each project where an employee is assigned the responsibility of directing a crew of six (6) employees or more and keeping records of their hours of work he shall be paid a premium of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour worked. Premium is not to be calculated in overtime rates.
