Common use of Supervisory Activities Clause in Contracts

Supervisory Activities. When requested, employees can choose to work up to fifteen (15) hours of time to direct and/or supervise activities that occur beyond the standard work day in the areas listed below. The employee will be paid at the supervisory rate of twenty-nine and 00/100 dollars ($29.00) per hour.
