For the purposes of this Agreement, Quanta Law Limited is carrying on an activity which is exempt from the general prohibition in section 19 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 by virtue of section 327 of that Act and the Solicitors Regulation Authority, The Cube, 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, X0 0XX is the Supervisory Authority under that Act.
