Issue of Cards. 4.1 Subject to you meeting the United Card Criteria, we may, but are not obliged to do so, issue a United Card to you or, at your request, to another person. This card will be either “vehicle specific” or “person specific”, as nominated by you from time to time. 4.2 Each “vehicle specific” United Card will be embossed with the Cardholder’s vehicle registration and other identification for the nominated vehicle as requested by you. 4.3 Each “person specific“ United Card will be embossed with your name and will have your usual signature on the signature panel on the reverse side of the United Card. This card will only be valid for use by the person whose signature appears on the card. 4.4 Unless we agree otherwise, every United Card issued to

Issue of Cards. 1.1 Cards and PINs will be issued by us at our sole discretion to persons nominated by the Business, and will bear the name of the Cardholder and the name of the Business. Each Card and PIN may be used only by the Cardholder named on it. 1.2 Unless otherwise agreed, Cards and PINs will be sent to the Point of Contact.
Issue of Cards. 2.1 The Company may (in its discretion) issue one or more of the Cards to the Cardholder subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2.2 Upon the application of the Main Cardholder and subject to the approval of the Company (in its discretion), the Company may issue one or more Additional Cards to the Additional Cardholders nominated by such Main Cardholder. 2.3 Immediately upon receipt of the Card from the Company, the Cardholder shall:- (a) sign the Card on the space provided; and (b) s i g n an d retur n t o th e Compan y any acknowledgment of receipt of such card or otherwise activate such Card in accordance with the instructions of the Company. 2.4 The signature of the Cardholder on the Card, or the use or activation of the Card by the Cardholder shall constitute conclusive evidence of the Cardholder's acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2.5 A renewal Card shall normally be issued at least 30 days' prior to the expiry date of a Card. Unless written notice of termination of the Card is received by the Company within such 30 days' period, the renewal Card shall be deemed to have been received by the Cardholder by the expiry date. By activating or using the renewal Card or continuing to use the Card after its expiry date, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted the renewal Card. 2.6 The Company shall have the right to refuse issuing a replacement Card to the Cardholder if his/her Card is lost or stolen. Where a replacement Card is issued, the Company shall be entitled to charge a handling fee for such replacement Card in accordance with the Fees Schedule.
Issue of Cards. 2.1 The Bank shall have the right to decide whether to issue any Card, including the Main Card and Additional Card(s), to a credit card applicant based on his credit status. 2.2 Immediately upon receipt of the Card from the Bank, the Cardholder shall: (a)sign on the signature panel on the back of the Card; and

Unless written notice of termination of the Card is received by the Company within such 30 days' period, the renewal Card shall be deemed to have been received by the Cardholder by the expiry date. By activating or using the renewal Card or continuing to use the Card after its expiry date, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted the renewal Card. 2.6 The Company may in its sole discretion refuse to issue any replacement Card to the Cardholder when the original Card is lost or stolen. Where a replacement Card is issued, the Company shall be entitled to charge a handling fee as set out in the Fees Schedule for such replacement Card. 2.7 The Card shall at any time remain the property of the Company. The Cardholder shall unconditionally and immediately upon demand surrender or procure to be surrendered the Card to the Company.

Where such application is approved by the Company, the Company will set up and maintain a Master Account for the Applicant, and will set up a Sub-account when a Card is issued to that Cardholder, to which the Accounts’ Charges will be debited and/or credited. 2.2 Immediately upon receipt of the Card from the Company, the Cardholder shall:- (a) sign the Card on the space provided; and (b) sign and return to the Company any acknowledgment of receipt of such Card or otherwise activate such Card in accordance with the instructions of the Company. 2.3 The signature of the Cardholder on the Card, or the use or activation of the Card by the Cardholder shall constitute conclusive evidence of the acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement by both the Applicant and the Cardholder. 2.4 A renewal Card shall normally be issued at least 30 days’ prior to the expiry date of a Card. Unless written notice of termination of the Card is received by the Company within such 30 days’ period, the renewal Card shall be deemed to have been received by the Cardholder by the expiry date. By activating or using the renewal Card or continuing to use the Card after its expiry date, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted the extent of any inconsistency. The Applicant and Cardholder acknowledge that the chargeback provisions of card organizations shall not be applicable to the designated IPP under Program which is not a normal credit card transaction.

Issue of Cards. 2.6.1 The Prime Contractor shall ensure that a process is in place for issuing a Card to an Authorised Customer for: a) One Off Payments Immediate. Next Working Day. Three days or more. b) Payments on a regular periodic cycle. 2.6.2 The Prime Contractor shall have secure manners of transit in accordance with Best Industry Practice, to ensure that Cards are supplied to the Authorised Customer in time for the Payment to be collected, minimising the risk of delay or loss. 2.6.3 The Prime Contractor shall, subject to the procedures agreed between the Parties relating to the issue of Cards (including any agreed cut-off times for the issue of Physical Cards), issue all Physical Cards by Royal Mail First Class postal delivery to be delivered within 3 (three) Working Days from the Authority’s request date. 2.6.4 On request by a Government Department, the Prime Contractor shall issue an instant ePayment to Authorised Customers by email or text message, or shall provide an ePayment directly to the Government Department for the Government Department to distribute to the Authorised Customer by phone or in person, as agreed with the Authorised Customer. 2.6.5 ePayments shall be available for use by the Authorised Customer within 60 (sixty) minutes of authorisation. For the purposes of this paragraph, authorisation shall be deemed to have occurred when the Prime Contactor has received the payment instruction for that Payment from the central infrastructure of the Faster Payments Service. 2.6.6 The Authorised Customer shall be informed of how to use the ePayment via the same channel that they receive the ePayment or by the most suitable method as agreed with the Authority. 2.6.7 Authorised Customers requiring an immediate or next day payment who already hold a Physical Card shall have their payment made to their Account. An ePayment shall not be issued subject to Paragraph 2.5.7.
