Supplemental Employment Benefits Plan. The parties agree to establish and administer a Supplemental Employment Benefits Plan (the "Plan") as follows: (a) The objective of the Plan is to supplement employment insurance benefits received by eligible female employees who are on approved leave pursuant to Article 18.01. (b) All regular employees employed by the Employer who are in the Association are covered by the Plan. Casual employees are not covered by the Plan. (c) The benefit level for eligible employees under the Plan is as follows: 1.
