Supplemental Employment Benefits Plan. (i) The Board will establish on July 1, 2000 a Supplemental Employment Benefits Plan in which the total amount of the Mandate 1 payment to all employees would be reduced by five thousand dollars ($5,000) which is the calculated annual cost for two (2) regular employees for this benefit. This calculation is for costing purposes only.
