Supplemental Employment Insurance Benefit Plan. When a pregnant teacher applies for and is granted maternity leave to which the teacher is entitled pursuant to the Employment Standards Act, the School District shall pay to the teacher upon receipt of proof that she is receiving employment insurance benefits, ninety-five percent (95%) of the teacher’s current salary for the first two (2) weeks of the leave.
